A Ghost Hunters Guide to The Most Haunted Houses in America

A Ghost Hunter's Guide to The Most Haunted Houses in America

By Terrance Zepke

Learn what is unique and especially creepy about these old haunted homesteads. Each chapter includes a detailed and fascinating history and documented paranormal activities. The book contains dozens of photographs, lots of fun facts, and visitor information.

Discover the haunted history and restless spirits who haunt these places:

Winchester Mystery House...learn why the owner built stairs leading nowhere, doors that opened into walls, secret passageways, and a large séance room.

Villisca Axe Murder House...the murders that took place here remain one of the biggest unsolved mysteries in America history and certainly explain why this is one of the most haunted places in the U.S.

Korner's Folly...find out why an architectural publication dubbed it "the Strangest House in the World."

Hampton-Lillibridge House...where an exorcism was performed in hopes of getting rid of its resident evil spirit.

Loretta Lynn Plantation...where countless spirits linger and have made themselves known to visitors who dare to touch the tribute wall.

Whaley House...officially declared "haunted" by the U.S. government!

...and much more!

MY HONEST REVIEW OF A Ghost Hunters Guide

This compilation of haunted houses was personally researched by the author. She even spent the night in a few of them for further proof of authenticity. There are fifteen different houses listed. Most, if not all, have well-known reputations. This is the third book of hers on hauntings that I have read. I like the way she breaks down each place by telling the backstory, and then the hauntings separately. Of course every place listed is backed up with eye witness accounts.

I can tell how much passion the author has for the subject of the supernatural. It definitely shows in her writings. No doubt this would be a good reference book to have if you have any interest in “ghost hunting” adventures. There were several that peaked my interest of possible future weekend getaways.
